David Arseneault

David M. Arseneault Sr.〔 (born August 12, 1953〔http://web1.ncaa.org/stats/StatsSrv/careercoach〕) is the men's college basketball coach of Grinnell College. He invented the Grinnell System, a run-and-gun style employed by the team. He is also an associate professor of physical education on Grinnell's faculty. Arseneault's coaching staff previously included his son, David Jr., who served as an assistant coach after playing under his father at Grinnell.
==Early years==
Arseneault played college basketball at Colby College, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Administrative Science in 1976.〔 He then went to Canada and received a Master of Education from Brock University in 1985.〔
